3. Select "My orders"
4. Select "view" on the order which you which to return
5. Select "Return items"
6. Choose the products and quanity
7. Continue to fill out the rest of the form provided

Each item we sell has been tried on by our models to ensure we convey the sizing chart correctly in the product description. In the event a return is necessary, it must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange or PUNCHY'S store credit ONLY.
Item(s) must be:
Received within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date
Not worn or washed with all tags still in original locations
Must have original receipt/invoice enclosed in package
Online order must have a RA (Return Authorization) from the store before sending it back. This is done through your account on our website.

NO rolling store credit allowed: This includes purchasing an item, returning it, being issued store credit and using that store credit to return the item purchased with it. Once you purchase an item with your store credit, it becomes FINAL SALE.
